This problem is more common than you think. This siled approach to external entrepreneurial engagement and intrapreneurship illustrates the dangers of viewing innovation options as mutually exclusive. To avoid losing opportunities for innovation, managers should follow three approaches to effectively deploy people, resources, and capabilities. Empower intrapreneurs to drive startup engagement.
